§Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account and using the bsscConnect app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
§Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate profile details and use the app under your own identity.
§Acceptable use
bsscConnect is a professional space for conference attendees. When posting messages, community content, photos or questions, you agree to be respectful and lawful.
- No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other attendees.
- No spam, solicitation, or content unrelated to the event.
- No uploading content you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful or infringing.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its data.
§Objectionable content and moderation
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on bsscConnect. You can report any content and block any user from within the app; blocking a user immediately hides their content from you.
The organizers act on reports within 24 hours by removing content that violates these terms and ejecting the users who provided it.
§Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant the organizers permission to display and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of running the event. You are responsible for the content you share.
§Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. The organizers may also suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
§Disclaimer
The app and event information are provided on an "as is" basis. Agenda, speakers and logistics may change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizers are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
§Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
